Customer satisfaction is a top priority for us.  We want you to absolutely love your lashes and your experience at Lucky Duck Lashes. If for any reason you are unhappy with the results or anything at all, please inform us before leaving the studio, so that we have the chance to correct it.

Due to high demand, in order to secure the booking, all appointments require a non refundable reservation fee, and a valid credit card to be kept on file. The reservation fee will be deducted from the balance due at the conclusion of the appointment.

The reservation fee is to protect your time that is set aside especially for you, as well as to protect our time which books up quickly, especially around any upcoming holiday. In turn, we promise to keep appointments on time, give you our full and undivided attention and of course, the best lash work Virginia Beach has to offer!

Cash and all major credit cards are accepted. Checks are NOT accepted.

Lucky Duck Lashes reserves the right to refuse booking, scheduling, or servicing.

As a courtesy, email and text appointment reminders are sent out 72 hours and 24 hours before your appointment. Please contact Lucky Duck Lashes if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Lucky Duck Lashes requires 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule appointments, at no charge. If an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time, the reservation fee will be forfeited, and 100% of the scheduled appointment will be charged to the card on file. If the card is declined, the declined charge must be paid before any future appointments can be scheduled.

If you, or another person in your household, has an infectious or contagious illness, please contact Lucky Duck Lashes as soon as possible to reschedule your appointment for a later date. For your safety and the safety of staff and other clients, please do not come to your appointments sick. If you arrive to your appointment sick, your appointment will be cancelled and a 100% payment of the scheduled service will be due.

Please contact Lucky Duck Lashes if your are going to be late for your appointment. At Lucky Duck Lashes, the client has a 15 minute grace period. After 15 minutes, the client is considered late. This may result in the forfeiture of the reservation fee, cancellation of the appointment, and the implementation of the cancellation policy.

When a client does not come to their scheduled appointment time and does not call to cancel or reschedule, Luck Duck Lashes considers this a No-Show.  No-Show's will forfeit the reservation fee and be charged, 100% of the scheduled appointment, to the credit card on file. If the card is declined, the declined charge must be paid before any future appointments can be scheduled.

Because lash extensions require such gentle and strict maintenance requirements, we are unable to guarantee your lashes.  If you are unhappy with a service, please contact us within 24 hours.  We are unable to offer refunds on any services we have already executed.  All retail product purchases are final sale. We offer the option to exchange or receive a store credit on unopened items.

Any reactions to eyelash extensions are not foreseeable by Lucky Duck Lashes. All care is taken to ensure your safety. We will go over your intake form and discuss any contraindications, such as an allergies. No refunds will be issued for reactions, however, Lucky Duck Lashes will offer a lash removal, at no charge, should this unfortunate event occur. We kindly ask that you contact us immediately if you become aware of any type of irritation so we may assist you as quickly as possible.

If you currently have eyelash extensions on from another lash artist, there is a strong likelihood that your lashes will need to be removed and put back on properly. Due to the unregulated nature of eyelash extension trainings, certifications and state board regulations, there are a lot of lash artists that have been improperly trained and at Lucky Duck Lashes, our priority is your natural lash health and eye safety. Thus if you are coming in for a touch up from another lash artist, and and we determine your lash extensions have been incorrectly applied then you agree that your current extensions may need to be removed and a new full set will be applied.

We consider any lash extensions that cannot be brushed through a mascara spoolie, lash extensions that are too heavy for your natural lashes to support, eyelash extensions that are painful or irritating the eye area, and lash extensions that are applied to more than one natural lash, as incorrectly applied, and will need to be removed before applying any new lash extensions. Please reach out to us with any questions concerning your lash extensions.

Phones should be silenced and put away. Lucky Duck Lashes cannot safely lash, and will not continue to work on, a client who is talking or texting on the phone.

Children and guests are not permitted in the studio during your appointment.

During the appointment, please keep talking to a minimum, as the movement of your facial muscles can make lashing quite difficult.

Come to your lash appointment free of makeup on the eye area. The extra time to remove any makeup, will reduce the amount of time Luck Duck Lashes has to apply lash extensions, resulting in a less than full lash set.
